During this class we will move with mindfulness, we will stimulate our energetic system through the harmonious flows of the body and breath.
We will explore our own potential, and experience the stillness through movement.
The 90-minute practice will be accompanied by live music, followed by a delicious treat and good company.
Shelly and Maya will enhance your practice with music that is both soothing and stirring; with a combination of Sanskrit chants and original compositions performed live on the harmonium and voice.

Mommy&Me Yoga is developed for moms to practice yoga with their newborn, until they are crawling. Moms will be guided through yoga poses and flows, while involving their baby as weight or in another playful way.
This class is a great way to play and connect with your baby, to socialize, to combat postpartum depression, get a work out, get out of the house and promote the self-esteem of both, mom and baby. All under the supervision of a qualified instructor.
This 3-parts series is a great way for a beginner, intermediate or advanced practitioner to return to basics and learn the universal principles to bring power and agility, openness and stability to any yoga pose or movement based practice. You will be able to take home the essential elements of yoga (breathing and postures, focus & meditation) in a simple and efficient way.
