Shelly and Maya will enhance your practice with music that is both soothing and stirring; with a combination of Sanskrit chants and original compositions performed live on the harmonium and voice.

Mommy & Me (newborns until crawling) with Maya Ginzburg

Mommy&Me Yoga is developed for moms to practice yoga with their newborn, until they are crawling. Moms will be guided through yoga poses and flows, while involving their baby as weight or in another playful way.

This class is a great way to play and connect with your baby, to socialize, to combat postpartum depression, get a work out, get out of the house and promote the self-esteem of both, mom and baby. All under the supervision of a qualified instructor.

This 3-parts series is a great way for a beginner, intermediate or advanced practitioner to return to basics and learn the universal principles to bring power and agility, openness and stability to any yoga pose or movement based practice. You will be able to take home the essential elements of  yoga (breathing and postures, focus & meditation) in a simple and efficient way.

This course will cover:

  • Basic breathing & Asana (postures) - improved and efficient 
  • Symmetry and opposites
  • Alignment and flow
  • Constraints and freedom as an experience 
  • Cultivating a Dynamic Balance 
  • How to work with pain or tension

Series of 8 gatherings in which we will explore different aspects of the practice through sitting (meditation), Pranayama (breathing exercises) , Asana practice and other elements.

Some of the things we will learn about:
- Unique ways to practice inversions
- Yoga related injuries - prevention and therapeutic approaches for recovery
- Powerful breathing exercises that you can add to your practice
- Effective tools to support your self-practice.
- Get direct feedback about the way you move.

Learn natural and universal principles to establish and sustain safer & powerful practice and experience efficient movement & better energy flow.
Space is limited to 8 participants.
The course will be held in Hebrew (with English translation if needed).

Each participant can have a private session with Matan, during the course, to address pain or injury related issues / personal needs
