Based on the schedule of the Urban Retreats organized for individuals, Maya, Matan and other guest teachers also offer day retreats for companies or groups that want to experience a day of yoga, meditation, breath work and mindfulness training.
The tailor-made Urban Retreats is a unique experience for a group of people to spend time together in a special setting. The day is built to open individuals up to new practices, and tools that supports healthy and balanced living, and at the same time offers a shared experience that can bring a group together in new ways.
